Recreational Class Schedule

The goal of our class program is to create a safe environment where children can develop strength, flexibility, and motor skills conducive to good physical fitness and gymnastics progress while also promoting positive self-esteem and having fun!

gymnastics equipment.  Parent

participatory for ages 4 and under.

interact socially and work on gross motor skills using gymnastics equipment.  This is an introduction to direction following and structured activity.

Recreational classes for preschoolers and kindergarteners.  Students learn basic gymnastic skills and improve gross and fine motor ability using gymnastics equipment.

Students learn, improve, and progress from basic to advanced tumbling skills.  Great class for cheerleaders!

Homeschool
Ages 4-14

1 hour

Recreational classes for school-aged children.  Students learn, improve, and progress through gymnastics skills and improve gross and fine motor ability using gymnastics equipment.

Choice of:
1.5 hours/week or
3 hours/week

Preparatory class for students looking to enter the competitive team program. This class has skill requirements. An evaluation is required for admission. Please call the gym for more specific information.
